Join us for an evening of deep rest, relaxation and connection through the power of sound. Simply lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and percussion. Allow the vibrations and tones to create a space for stillness, calm and restoration.

Come along, get cosy and enjoy an evening of sound, stillness and self-care.

This special event is raising funds for Birmingham Hospice, who cared for our families with great compassion during times of loss. We are honoured to give something back.

FAQ's

Do I need any previous experience?
Not at all. Sound baths are suitable for complete beginners. There’s no meditation or sound healing experience required - simply come along, get comfortable and allow yourself to rest.

What should I bring?
Bring something comfortable to lie on, such as a yoga/exercise mat, along with a blanket and cushion. You’re also welcome to bring an eye mask, extra pillows or anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing (loungewear and PJs are absolutely welcome!) and bring layers. You’ll be lying down during the session, so it’s worth bringing something warm and cosy.

What actually happens during a sound bath?
You’ll be invited to lie down and get comfortable (or seated if prefered) while you're guided through a relaxing sound journey using Himalayan singing bowls, handpan, chimes, percussion and other instruments. There’s nothing you need to achieve or “do” - this is time to simply rest, listen and receive.

Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Lots of people come to our sound baths on their own. The sessions are relaxed and welcoming, and you can simply settle into your own space.

Can I attend if I don't do meditation?
Absolutely. You don't need to practise meditation to enjoy a sound bath. It's simply an opportunity to slow down, switch off and rest.

What if I can't lie down comfortably?
That's completely fine. You can sit on a chair, on the floor, lie on your side or change position whenever you need to. Listen to your body and make yourself comfortable.

What if I fall asleep?
That's completely fine! There's no need to stay awake or "do" anything. If your body wants to drift off, let it.

What if I feel emotional during the sound bath?
Sometimes deep rest, music and being given space to slow down can bring emotions to the surface. There's no right or wrong response. You're welcome to simply allow whatever arises, or quietly step outside if you need some space.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else where possible.

Bookings are non-refundable; however, if you provide enough notice, we may be able to transfer your booking to a future sound bath or allow your place to be passed on to someone else.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small community offerings.
