Processing time

Each piece of jewellery is lovingly handcrafted in the Into The Wanderness studio. Most of the pieces available for purchase are made-to-order especially for you, therefore we ask that you please be aware of the processing times.

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch can vary. Please see the product listing for info regarding the processing time or contact me if you have any questions regarding the lead times. 

Made-up pieces will be dispatched 2-3 working days following the order. Made-to-order Collection pieces will be dispatched around 4-10 days following the order depending on the piece. 

Commissions, customised and personalised items will take longer to make & dispatch as they are made-to-order. You will be advised of lead times at the time of ordering. UK Delivery

All items sent to the UK will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked unless you have selected a Special Delivery upgrade at the checkout. 

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is made and delivered to you as soon as possible, however I cannot take responsibility for orders not delivered by a specific date.

*For orders over the Christmas period, please select Special Delivery for the best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas. I cannot take responsibility for orders not delivered in time for Christmas due to postal delays.

 

International Shipping

All items posted overseas are sent International Tacked & Signed in order to make sure your item is in safe hands until it arrives with you. Please allow upto 10-25 days for delivery if your country is not located within the UK. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and VAT charged by your country.

EU countries - please be aware that there may be an additional VAT charge / import fee of approx 20% that will need to be paid once your order enters your country through customs. This is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed.

 

Packaging 

Each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged in beautiful, eco-friendly plant-based materials in an Into The Wanderness gift box, and comes with a small polishing cloth and care guide. 

 

Lost or Late Deliveries

If your item has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact me at krissi@intothewanderness.com.

I cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the dispatch date (30 for international deliveries) as this is when Royal Mail deems items as lost.
