Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you have thoroughly read the product descriptions, including all measurements, and carefully reviewed all photos before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please get in touch prior to ordering.
My goal is to ensure that all of my customers are happy with their orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me directly at krissi@intothewanderness.com and I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Contact me within: 24 hours of placing your order
Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
• Bespoke, commissioned, or custom-made jewellery
• Rings or bangles made specifically to your size
• Jewellery with personalised engraving or custom text
• Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
• Sale/reduced items
Custom & Bespoke Orders – Important Information
Custom/bespoke orders (including any design that involves ordering specific materials or communicating design preferences) are non-refundable once payment has been made and the order is confirmed. There is a standard design fee of £50 for bespoke orders. This fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations of bespoke pieces must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, work may have begun and materials ordered, including potentially non-returnable components sourced from international suppliers. Because of the time and costs involved in preparing a custom piece - including consultation, design communication, admin, sourcing materials, and handmade production - I do not offer full refunds if you change your mind after this point.
If you decide to cancel a bespoke/custom order more than 24 hours after payment, I reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment to cover costs already incurred (e.g. materials, time, and transaction fees).
Should your custom item arrive faulty or damaged, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
Returns & Refund Process
If a return is accepted (see exclusions above), a full refund minus original postage costs will be issued once the item is safely returned to me in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If the item is returned damaged or used, I reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund.
Ring Resizing
I offer resizing services on select rings that do not feature gemstones.
• £25 + delivery (cost may vary depending on complexity).
• Please contact me to confirm if your piece can be resized.
Buyers are responsible for all postage costs related to resizing.
Please note:
• If your parcel is lost on its way to me, no refund for the item will be issued, but the resize fee will be refunded.
• If the parcel is lost on its way back to you, I cannot offer a refund for either the item or the resizing service.
