Returns Policy
Please make sure you thoroughly look at all the photos, read all the description including measurements of the item you are purchasing and ask any questions prior to purchase.
My goal is to satisfy all of my customers, so if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately so we can work on a solution.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please see the conditions below:
- Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
- Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
- Items returned must be in original condition for resale
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bespoke, commissioned or custom made pieces
- Rings or bangles if they have been custom made in your size
- Jewellery that has text or personalised engraving
- Earrings (for health/hygeine reasons)
- Reduced/sale items
Should you receive any of such items damaged and not fit for purpose, please contact me directly.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
On returning a product, a full refund (minus postage costs) will be processed once the jewellery has been safely returned to my workshop.
Ring Resize Service
I am able to offer ring resizes on select rings that DO NOT feature a gemstone. Ring resizes start from £18 (plus delivery) and may increase depending on he complexity of the resize. Please contact me to discuss options.
Buyer is responsible for postage costs in the resize exchange. In the event that the package is lost in transit on its way to me, a refund for the item value will not be given, however a refund for the resize will be processed back to you. In the event that the package is lost in transit on its way back to you once the resize has been completed, a refund for the item value will not be given, nor will a refund be given for the resize service.
