Info for Yoga Students
Important info
- Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
- Please arrive atleast 5 minutes early as the class will begin at 7pm.
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
- There are some mats and blocks provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
- There may be use of essential oils and incence in the class for relaxation purposes. If you have an adverse effect to these, please contact me.
Pricing & Class Pass
Intro Offer - £7 intro offer for new students only - this can only be used once per student.
Regular Class Price - £10
5 Class Pass - £45
If you would like to purchase the 5 class pass, this pass is flexible and doesn't have to be used consecutively. It is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. Please select the date of your first class and email krissi@intothewanderness.com to book in the dates of your other classes.

Health Considerations
If you are pregnant or have any physical limitations or medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical exercise, please speak to your doctor before booking.
It is your responsibility as the student to inform the instructor of limitations before class begins.
Please read the following and ask if you have any questions.
I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By signing, I affirm that a licensed medical professional has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have a medical professional’s approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. Ihereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Wanderness Wellness.
By making this booking, I confirm that I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement and Release of Waiver of Liability.
