Embodied Yin Yoga Sessions

These sessions explore long yin floor-based holds combined with gentle emboded movement.

A slow paced, embodied hour-long practice to stimulate energy flow & restore the nervous system.

This practice invites to you step deep within your inner world, exploring your soft, feminine energy.

Classes can be tailored to what you would like to work on - both physically and energetically.

This class can hold upto 3 people. This is ideal if you have one or two friends who would like to join and split the cost with.

One student ~ £30/hr
Two students ~ £35/hr
Three students ~£40/hr


There is also the option to extend classes to 75 or 90 minutes & add on a relaxing mini sound journey or yoga nidra.

Classes will take place in my cosy home in Kings Heath (Near Highbury Park).

1:1 Yoga Classes

Perfect for beginners or those wanting to deepen their practice. Receive 1:1 guidance from me, with suggestions & adjustments to explore the poses on a deeper level. This class can be bespokely tailored to suit your needs.

Offering 1:1 classes in yin, hatha and slow flow.

Option to extend classes to 75 or 90 minutes & add on a mini sound journey or yoga nidra.

Prices start from £30 p/h for one student, £35/hr for two students (special autumn offer). Bring a friend and split the cost.

Journey with sacred cacao on a heart-opening journey of inner exploration, guided with grounding music and intuative movement.

Through guided ceremony, breath connection and free-flow movement, we journey into liberation through entering deep medatative states, enabling us to experience feelings of bliss, joy and love.

I'm Krissi

I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years and gained my yoga teacher certification in India, 2020. I'm certified in Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa & Ashtanga.

My favourite style of yoga is Yin supported with embodied movement. This style invites us to delve deep into our feminine essence, experiencing the magic that lies within this softness and surrender.

I'm passionate about sharing the power of intuitive movement. Embodiment practices such as mindful movement & body awareness allow us to get out of our heads, tuning into the magic & wisdom of our vessels.
