Yin Yoga Sessions
A 75 minute session exploring long yin floor-based holds combined with gentle emboded movement. This is a small, intimate group class of 2-3 students from my home on Brent Road, Kings Heath.

Yin yoga poses combined with gentle embodied movement.
In this class we will explore the long floor-based holds of yin yoga combined with gentle, embodied movement.
This practice focuses on increasing flexibility and enhancing the range of motion in the joints and ligaments by allowing the holding of poses for much longer than a regular yoga class.
This slow-paced class enables us to explore stillness and motion, stimulating energy flow & restoring the nervous system. It invites us to delve deep into our inner world, exploring mindfulness and the soft, feminine energy that lives within us.
We usually finish with a relaxing mini sound journey or indian head massage.
It's the perfect way to slow down, relax and restore energy levels - a beautiful & restful way to spend your Sunday evening.
