• Slow Flow

    A slow vinyasa-style class focusing on fluid embodied movement as a meditation.
    The intention of this class is to tune into our feminine energy through a balance of continuous fluidity and stillness. This class will build strength, balance and flexibilty. Suitable for those who have practiced yoga before.

  • Yin Yoga

    These sessions explore long yin floor-based holds combined with gentle emboded movement.

    A slow paced, embodied practice to stimulate energy flow & restore the nervous system.

    This practice invites to you step deep within your inner world, exploring your soft, feminine energy.

  • Hatha

    Perfect for beginners and those wanting to learn a strong foundational yoga practice.

    A functional approach to yoga suitable for all levels and bodies. This class explores traditional yoga postures that focus on building flexibility, strength and balance in a slow, gentle pace.

  • Restorative & Nidra

    A deeply meditative practice focusing on deep rest. Restorative yoga helps us to find deep rest in our body and mind. The aim is to find ultimate comfort in each pose, which will be supported by cushions, bolsters and blankets for optimium cosiness. Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) will guide you even deeper into rest.

1:1 Yoga Sessions

Whether you're just starting your yoga journey, want to get deeper in your practice and expand your knowledge of yoga, I offer private sessions at my home in Kings Heath- or if you'd prefer, I can travel to you if local.

If there's something in perticular you'd like to work on, I can create classes specifically tailored to your needs. I currently offer classes in the styles of yin, hatha & slow flow. These styles can also be combined. I also like to incorporate calming breathwork and meditation in my sessions.

This class can hold upto 3 people. This is ideal if you have one or two friends who would like to join and split the cost with.

One student ~ £30/hr
Two students ~ £35/hr
Three students ~£40/hr

There is also the option to extend classes to 75 or 90 minutes & add on a relaxing mini sound journey or yoga nidra.

Location:
Classes will take place in my cosy home in Kings Heath (Near Highbury Park).
