"An amazing experience"
What an amazing experience. I felt so comfortable and safe to explore as much or as little as I wanted. Woke up this morning from the deepest sleep and feel so much more chilled relaxed and clearer of mind.
- Paula Peters (Session: Restorative Yin Yoga Sound Journey) -
"I truly relaxed and left feeling refreshed"
What a beautiful experience, I truly relaxed and left feeling refreshed and re-motivated. Would strongly recommend to anyone!
- Sally Williams (Workshop: Embodied Cacao Journey) -
"A beautiful soulful evening soaked in the senses"
The cacao ceremony and yin yoga workshops are amazing! A beautiful soulful evening soaked in the senses… the therapeutic taste of Cacao, sounds of the beautiful Hand-pan, healing Yin Yoga movements and Breathwork by such authentic and beautiful practitioners! I love the sessions and can’t wait to attend the next one.
- Zobia Arif (Workshop: Yin Yoga Sound Journey with Cacao) -
"Incredibly Relaxing"
Krissi’s sessions are incredibly relaxing - deep stretching and holding poses for longer which is incredibly good for your joints and body in general. I have been going to her sessions regularly and my aches and pains have lessened significantly. Not only that but Krissi has a beautiful energy - she is really knowledgeable and can support you if you’re unsure of what you’re doing. I highly recommend her sessions.
~ Laura Phoenix-Jones (Session: Bespoke wellbeing session) -
"Totally relaxing and uplifting"
I had a wonderful head massage from Kristina. Being an Indian head massage it also includes the shoulders and neck and it was so relaxing, with very calm music playing in the background, lovely aromas too, especially from the oil that she used. The surroundings were perfect and at the end of the head massage Kristina burned some Palo Santo and conducted a short sound ceremony. Totally relaxing and uplifting at the same time. I would highly recommend!
- Mark Cole (Treatment: Indian Head Massage)
About Krissi
The Path That Led Me Here
About me
For over 17 years, yoga has been a constant thread woven through my life - from a personal practice I began at 18, to training and studying across India and Thailand sharing these practices with others through yoga, embodiment & restorative practices.
What began as a personal practice gradually became a way of understanding myself, my body and the world around me.
A journey towards connection
In my early-mid twenties, I felt a sense of disconnection - from myself, from nature and from the slower rhythms of life I longed for. This sparked a desire to explore different cultures, traditions and ways of living, searching for a deeper sense of connection, presence and inner peace.
From 2016–2020, I travelled extensively, living and exploring across different parts of the world. Along the way, I was introduced to diverse philosophies, cultural traditions and approaches to wellbeing, spirituality and our relationship with ourselves, others and the natural world.
Through these experiences, I discovered practices centred around movement, meditation, ritual and a more embodied way of experiencing life - practices that continue to shape my work today.
Deepening my practice & training
In 2020, I completed my 200-hour Multi-style Yoga Teacher Training in India, an experience that deepened my understanding of yoga and
set me further along this path. I went on to train further in Yin Yoga, trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices and embodied movement.
In 2026, I returned to India and Thailand for three months of immersive study, exploring sound healing, embodied yoga with Parveen Nair, and feminine embodiment practices rooted in the classical Shakta tradition with Sonam Dukpa.
Each experience has shaped the way I guide others, weaving together movement, breath, sound and embodied presence - creating space to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Embodiment, healing and the body’s wisdom
My approach has also been deeply shaped by my own experiences of grief and personal transformation. It was through this journey that I discovered the profound value of somatic and embodied practices - learning to gently connect with sensations, emotions and the body’s responses with curiosity and compassion rather than judgement. This journey has transformed the way I hold space for others.
My approach
Today, I weave together yoga, embodied movement, breathwork, meditation, sound therapy and restorative practices to create nurturing, personalised sessions that honour each person's unique needs.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I believe every body is different, and every session is an opportunity to meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you're looking to move more freely, reconnect with your body, cultivate a sense of calm, find stillness or simply take time for yourself - my intention is to offer a safe, supportive and compassionate space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, exactly as you are.
